Responsibilities
* Completing reports/ booking in further works
* Calling residents to book jobs out
* Emailing clients residents and operational teams regarding works
* Taking calls from the call centre and engineers regarding repairs/ further works
* Raising purchase orders and allocating jobs to engineers
Work pattern
Full time in the office while training then the opportunity to go hybrid (wfh 2 days a week)
