Overview
We require someone who has experience of working with individuals with Learning Disability and or Autism, who are committed to continuing to develop the high quality services that our service users deserve. If you are proactive in working with carers and families and have a robust and sensitive demeanour we would like to hear from you.
Team and Collaboration
The post will work alongside other members of the Learning Disability and Mental Health service, including the CLDT Managers, Crisis and Commissioning and County Council Colleagues.
Responsibilities
You will be part of the Clinical Team and provide clinically effective and evidence based services in the prevention and management of aggressive incidents. The hours of work are 30 per week and duties will involve flexible working potentially across a 24 hour rotational shift pattern.
