Job Title: CEX Retail Store Supervisor (Catterick Garrison)
Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specialising in buying, selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor for our Catterick Garrison store. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis, whilst working alongside the rest of the management team to ensure optimal operations of the store and team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
●Sets an example and encourages staff to meet and exceed the company's goals and objective
●Exceed your targets and bring fresh ideas to the business
●Ensure the store is opened/closed in line with the policy
●Monitors staff on the tills
●Assists store management to achieve store goals and targets
●Trains and supports staff, setting goals where appropriate
●Maintains a positive team environment to ensure success
●Responds to customer issues in a professional manner
●Maintains the supervisor email account by actioning all emails on a daily basis
●Ensure daily processes listed below are being adhered to:-
Merchandising
Relabelling
Stock Checks
E-com
Testing
Ensure complies with the store standards:-
●Daily/weekly/monthly paperwork
●Stock control - proficient in RMA/blocked phone processes
●Loss Prevention - Investigate stock issues
●Assists in housekeeping standards

Salary: £15,363 per year (24 Hour Contract)
