We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Re-Pack Operative to join our clients growing team at their warehouse facility in Westhoughton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is keen to be part of a supportive and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Re-palletising stock: Transfer goods from European pallets to UK-standard pallets to comply with UK warehouse specifications
Product repacking: Break down large packs of toilet rolls and repack them into smaller retail-ready boxes, ensuring accurate quantities and secure packaging.
Quality control: Inspect and quality-check all items to ensure packaging meets company and retail standards.
Maintain workspace standards: Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from hazards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.Requirements:
âś… Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
âś…A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
âś…Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
✅Good level of physical fitness – the role involves manual handling and standing for long periods.
âś…Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
