The Role As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and operation of innovative front-end solutions that interface with enterprise-scale data ecosystems. Working in close collaboration with data engineers, delivery managers, external partners, and client stakeholders, you will help drive the transformation of critical data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include: Designing and leading the implementation of front-end solutions for data-driven platforms. Developing and supporting real-time and batch data processing environments. Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across data pipelines and UI layers. Championing best practices in front-end development, using modern frameworks and tools. Supporting data integration, migration, and transformation efforts. Contributing to project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. Mentoring junior engineers and helping to shape development standards and tools. The Person We're looking for a proactive and collaborative software engineer who thrives in agile, multi-disciplinary teams and enjoys the challenges of working in secure, data-rich environments. To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Strong front-end development experience, ideally with data-centric applications. Experience in Power BI development Experience in developing applications in one or more Javascript framework, React, Angular etc. A strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices. Solid experience with Python (especially data and machine learning libraries). Experience working with ETL platforms and cloud-based data engineering tools (AWS, Azure, or OCI). Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset. Desirable experience includes: AWS or Azure certifications. Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka.
