What you will do on a typical day:
* Work as a Van Driver delivering to customers’ homes with care, professionalism and great service — representing GXO and IKEA while building the foundations of your HGV career
* Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly secured
* Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Full UK driving licence
* No more than 6 current penalty points
* A positive, can‑do attitude
* Reliability, good communication and teamwork
* Physical capability to lift/move items
* Multi‑drop experience is useful but not essential
