Strategy consulting manager - pharma consulting

We're hiring for a Strategy Consulting Manager to join a scaling, disruptive pharma consulting firm.

This senior-level role involves leading strategy and design within a life sciences consultancy. You will manage projects from end-to-end, support practice growth, and develop client relationships. The work covers several areas, including digital transformation, commercial strategy, and medical affairs, focusing on solving complex challenges within the healthcare sector.

What you'll be doing

• Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in the pitching process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency's thought leadership and industry presence.

The experience you'll need

• Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.

The salary for this role is in the region of £70-90k, plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack
