Job Responsibilities
* Conduct food hygiene and standards inspections.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
* Degree in Environmental Health accredited by CIEH or a recognized food safety qualification.
* Recent experience as an Environmental Health Officer or Food Safety Officer within a local authority.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in a local authority Environmental Health department.
