Senior Associate Data Scientist
Remote / Hybrid - London
As part of our Revenue Operations Team, you will design analytical solutions that drive strategic decisions across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead meetings with division management and internal customers to define business needs and analytical solutions.
* Build data assets, including feature engineering to enhance revenue operations' feature store.
* Conduct analysis that drives enhanced decision making for revenue operations and other supported divisions such as Sales and Customer Success Channels.
* Build predictive models, both supervised and unsupervised, to aid decision making across the business.
* Deploy analytics at scale and automate deployment using tools such as SAS Model Manager, Revegy, Salesloft, and CRM systems.
* Ensure adherence to all applicable security policies and processes to support secure software development goals.
* Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability – values that influence everything we do.
* Provide guidance and support to other team members in delivering analytical solutions.
* Document processes and procedures fully to enable auditing and sharing of content.
* Prepare presentations in multiple formats to gain understanding and buy‑in of work.
* Complete monthly reports on core KPIs for key business partners.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or a technical quantitative field such as Engineering, IT, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
* Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills
* SAS Programming skills and knowledge of the latest SAS Software (Visual Analytics, Model Studio, SAS Studio, etc.).
* Strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability to develop, explore, analyze, and present data and solutions to a business audience.
