Due to continued growth, we're looking Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

The Role

As an Office Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to the office team, engineers and management.

No previous HVAC experience is required – full training will be provided. Previous office or customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Role Responsibilities and Duties:

* Answering and directing phone calls
* Responding to basic customer email enquiries
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
* Learning internal systems and processes
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

Additional Duties:

* Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills (both phone and email)
* Organised and willing to learn
* Positive attitude and good work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel), including familiarity with CRM system software

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
