About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic with strong all-round abilities to join our busy VAG Group and All-Makes Service Department. You will be confident working across a variety of vehicles, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and delivering high-quality servicing. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone looking to advance their automotive career.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple makes and models
* Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using modern tools and techniques
* Work on classic vehicles and modern VAG Group / multi-make models
* Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and high-quality service expectations
* Maintain accurate digital and paper service records
* Communicate effectively with the team and provide excellent customer service
About You
* 5+ years' experience in a busy workshop (preferred)
* Strong all-round mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance preferred
* Experience with VAG Group or multi-make vehicles advantageous
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
* Full UK driving licence
