Our Outpatients team in our Tees Hospital currently have an opportunity for an Administrator. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.
As an Administrator in our Ward / Medical Records Department, you will:
1. Handle enquiries and general queries.
2. Maintain databases.
3. Provide excellent service at all times.
To succeed as an Administrator, you will:
4. Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
5. Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
6. Have good IT and keyboard skills.
7. Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
