We are seeking a talented, passionate and forward-thinking Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This position requires strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role and responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth-running of the kitchen, working closely with the head chef to execute:
* The writing and management of staff rotas.
* Managing the kitchen to the same level whilst the head chef is away.
* Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage.
* Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development.
* Keep organised and maintain high standards of a high-end kitchen.
* Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
* Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room.
* Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.

Salary: Dependent upon experience

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,279.14 per year
