VACANCY: Sales Lister
LOCATION: Colchester
SALARY: £30,000 including car allowance (depending on experience), OTE £50,000
AMR are currently working with a well-established and ambitious estate agency in Colchester that are looking to appoint an experienced, confident and motivated Sales Lister to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in winning new instructions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment. The Role
This is a key, revenue‑generating role within the branch.
* Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new instructions
* Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
* Building strong relationships with prospective vendors
* Advising clients on pricing strategy and marketing approach
* Working closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure swift sales progression
* Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
* Working to agreed performance targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue
About You
The candidate should be a motivated, professional and target‑driven individual with:
* A proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale
* Strong valuation and negotiation skills
Experience Working In Residential Sales (local Knowledge Preferred)
* A demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive and self‑motivated approach
* High professional standards and strong organisational skills
* A full UK driving licence
