Who are we looking for?
An experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead the strategic and operational recruitment efforts across the business. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing, values-driven team that embodies Wingstop's mission to "Serve the World Flavour." You'll drive employer branding, lead a team of recruiters, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure we attract and retain top talent across our restaurants and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with Wingstop UK's growth plans.
Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
* Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters for long term success.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on candidate experience.
Support key stake holders on succession planning.
* Recruitment Operations
Lead the charge on Head Office hiring, to empower and support senior leaders for their ongoing recruitment needs as we scale.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Ensure consistent use and optimisation of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Employer Branding
Champion Wingstop UK's employer brand through campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Build relationships with universities, industry bodies, and external recruitment partners.
Remain close to macro and external trends and report on attraction proposition vs industry.
* Data & Compliance
Bring to life recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
* Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in leading talent acquisition in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality or retail environment.
* Extensive experience in embedding comprehensive recruitment & hiring practices.
* Extensive experience in leading & supporting on a wide variety of Head Office roles.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Expertise in recruitment technology, data analytics, and employer branding.
* Passion for people, culture, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
