Eclectic Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly regarded law firm in Whitechapel who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding Residential Property team.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll support fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their legal career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Maintaining accurate case files and updating case management systems
* Supporting fee earners and working to deadlines
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or property law role
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
* Experience using case management systems
Desirable:
* Law degree or LPC qualification
* Experience handling files from instruction to completion
