Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Paragon's Lead Supply department as an Account Executive / Manager.

Reporting into the Account Director, the Account Manager is responsible for translating client objectives into workable and specific briefs. They are accountable for the quality, timings, brand projection, and margin generated both on their work areas and as part of the Account Team.

The Account Manager will deliver defined projects, liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular Account, and support the Account Director in service delivery, improving margin and revenue, and driving cost savings. They are also partly responsible for the effectiveness of the QMS/IMS process.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

This is a Hybrid opportunity - working onsite two days a week at the client office location in Burton, and three days remote.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing projects within the team, including printed POS campaign kits, 3D POS, artwork, microsites/games, fulfillment, and distribution to experiential and brand events.
2. Maintaining good relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal/external) and understanding the overall business relationship with the client account.
3. Understanding customer needs regarding Paragon’s service offerings and responding to requests to ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
4. Managing the full end-to-end process of campaign delivery, utilizing all internal systems and ways of working within required timelines.
5. Supporting the Account Director with the creation of monthly/weekly reports, including Monthly MI pack and Weekly forecast.
6. Engaging and supporting the commercial team in negotiations with external/internal suppliers on a job-by-job basis.
7. Supporting continuous improvements across processes, innovations, communications, and services.
8. Supporting the development of the account by identifying and escalating potential sales and margin opportunities.

* Experience within the Print Industry / Marketing supply / POS is desirable.
