PiLON Ltd is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our domestic electrical teams and subcontractors within the social housing sector. You will play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting the growth of our business and team.
What You'll Do
* Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic properties
* Check and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms)
* Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificates
* Conduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teams
* Produce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policies
* Support junior colleagues and help develop their skills
* Work between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specifications
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor
* Knowledge of legislation, procedures, reporting, and KPIs
* Strong communication skills to present and explain technical topics
* Competent in MS Office 365 and certification software (e.g., EasyCert/Click)
* Organised, detail‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility regarding travel and extended hours when required
Qualifications
* ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card
* Basic Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
* Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent
* Asbestos Awareness
* Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable, But Not Essential
* Degree‑level education or equivalent
* Relevant professional qualifications
