PERSON SPECIFICATION:
1. UK Qualified Primary Teachers - UK QTS is a MUST
2. ONLY strong ECTs with Good/ Outstanding observations
3. KS2 Teachers with a successful track record of Good or Outstanding teaching
4. Not suitable for overseas teachers needing sponsorship
5. Passionate about educating children with an enthusiastic personality
6. Organised and able to work as a team player
