Based at our Croydon Head Office, you'll join TSA Riley’s Quality & Risk Team, reporting to the Head of Department, providing administrative support across various areas.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key duties include:
* Supporting the Quality & Risk Team with administrative tasks.
* Managing business data in MS Excel.
* Preparing reports and presentations.
* Processing legal documents.
* Maintaining sub-consultant and insurance documentation.
* Managing shared mailboxes and calendars.
* Creating and controlling documents.
* Scheduling meetings and training sessions.
* Providing general administrative support.
Essential skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong English language skills.
