Job Title: Administrator (Temporary) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am until 5.30pm Pay Rate: £16 - £18 per hour Location: Slinfold – due to location you must have access to your own transport The position: We’re looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator for approx. 2 months to support our client based in Slinfold. Duties: * Manage diaries and schedule meetings using Outlook * Take notes/minutes in meetings and share action points * Organise travel, meetings, and events * Support with general admin tasks and document preparation * Communicate with internal teams and external contacts * Keep records and information accurate and up to date * Ensure strong attention to detail in all tasks * Supporting the Executive Assistant.
