About the Role
To provide high‑quality, flexible and learner‑centred support that enables learners with SEND to achieve, belong and thrive in our college environment. You will support learners with diverse needs in and out of the classroom with their academic progress, personal development, well‑being, inclusion and safeguarding. You will join a team of dedicated Inclusion Support Assistants in the Inclusive Learning department, supporting students with moderate learning difficulties and disabilities to work towards Skills for Life qualifications. You will be based at Eccles Sixth Form College but may work across our college sites, and off‑site, to support learners to attend community and work placement opportunities. You will work closely with classroom tutors to break down barriers and ensure that learners are able to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
