A well-established technology business in East Yorkshire is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers. This is a relationship led role focused on retention, renewals and product adoption, not new business. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise value from a suite of software solutions. Key responsibilities: Manage and develop existing customer accounts Drive product adoption, engagement and account growth Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Lead contract renewals and re-contracting discussions Act as the main point of contact for customer issues Work closely with support, onboarding and product teams Analyse account data and maintain accurate CRM records About you: Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS software Strong relationship-building and commercial skills Experience with renewals and contracts Confident communicator, highly organised CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Full UK driving licence If this sounds of interest then don't hesitate to get in touch.
