The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts while identifying new business opportunities across Scotland. You’ll sell a wide range of construction and maintenance services into sectors such as:
🏥 NHS | 🏫 Education | 🏢 Local Authorities | 🏠 Housing Associations | 🏟 Leisure & FM Companies
Expect to work on projects from £5k to £500k, engaging with decision-makers from Facilities Managers to Directors. Your focus will be on increasing wallet share and driving new business across planned and reactive projects.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven field sales experience (service sales experience desirable but not essential)
✅ Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach
✅ Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
