About The Role

You will plan and implement care that provides our residents with a sense of security, dignity, and independence.Getting to know our residents and their families helps us deliver truly personalized care plans.Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain high standards of care and influence your team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or talking to family members, you will do so with kindness.Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will help provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administer medication.
One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records and build strong team relationships.
Ideally, you’ll have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and be prepared to work towards Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia. Your positive energy, ability to get along with people, good record-keeping skills, and effective time management are essential. When communicating with residents or colleagues, you will be considerate and kind.
