The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Foster positive behaviour and strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with year group partners and the wider teaching team to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or successful teaching placements within KS2.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
* High expectations for pupil attainment and behaviour.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.
