Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

Role Overview and Purpose
The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always maintained for the client and visitors. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team with professionalism and a proactive attitude.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver first-class guest-focused service consistently.
* Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
* Conduct regular patrols as per site instructions, proactively identifying opportunities to assist visitors.
* Manage incidents according to site policies, liaising with the control room and supporting colleagues.
* Monitor human behavior, conduct surveillance, and report incidents following procedures.
* Maintain vigilance to prevent unauthorized access by banned individuals.
* Adhere to radio procedures and communicate effectively with the team.
* Collaborate with the Environmental Services team to deliver integrated services.
