About the Programme
This full-time role begins in September 2025 and places you in a supportive school environment where you'll work alongside experienced teachers, build relationships with students, and develop your teaching skills. You'll work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during your first year and progress onto a salaried teacher training programme in September 2026, gaining your PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting classroom teaching across a range of subjects
* Leading small group interventions and assisting with planning and resources
* Learning effective behaviour management and differentiation techniques
* Gaining insight into curriculum design, assessment, and pupil support
* Participating in school life, including extracurricular activities
Who We’re Looking For
* Graduates with a degree in any subject – no prior teaching experience needed
* Individuals with a strong interest in education and a desire to teach
* Confident communicators who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
