Residential Conveyancer (Fully Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (18 months+ experience) to join a growing and highly successful team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys managing transactions through the core legal stages of a residential property transaction without the administrative burden of onboarding, title checking, post-exchange, or post-completion work.

The caseload will consist of a mix of:
* Freehold Sales
* Freehold Purchases
* Leasehold Sales
* Leasehold Purchases
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
* Ability to handle both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases confidently.
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant property law.
