About the Role
Store Manager (Across Fife) at Morrisons, Dunfermline, Scotland, United Kingdom.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance store performance and profitability by continually challenging current ways of working and fostering a culture open to new ideas.
* Listening to customers and colleagues to ensure their experience is at the heart of decisions.
* Cultivating a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and supportive leadership.
* Working with Head Office teams to ensure top store availability and Morrisons’ position as a one-stop shopping destination.
* Building and managing relationships with the local community and marketing the store as a pillar in the community.
About You
* Experience managing a store in a fast-paced food retail environment.
* Strong leadership with the ability to coach, listen, and provide feedback to drive consistent ways of working.
* Passion for spotting and developing talent and creating a positive team culture.
* Ability to resolve challenges and build trust within the store team.
* Ability to set clear objectives aligned with Morrisons priorities and ensure the team works toward a shared goal.
* Fosters collaboration and respects diverse opinions, beliefs and behaviours.
