The role:

Working closely with performance marketing, merchandising, and product teams, you'll transform how they connect with customers, driving loyalty, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a CRM plan to boost retention and engagement across global markets
Lead the rollout and scaling of a new customer engagement platform
Work with teams across the business to create personalised customer journeys
Build and refine automated lifecycle campaigns that drive loyalty and sales
Use data to segment, personalise, test and optimise performance
What we're looking for:
3-5 years experience leading CRM in eCommerce or retail
Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle, journey mapping, and retention
Confident with data, segmentation, triggers, and performance dashboards
Excellent stakeholder management with a collaborative and proactive approach
Ability to turn insights into action and measure impact on loyalty, revenue, and campaign performance
