Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our venue, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a passion for guest services within the hospitality sector. This role requires exceptional organisational abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the venue, ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently.
* Supervise and train staff to provide excellent guest services, fostering a positive work environment.
* Rota planning
* Set up of the venue for events, wedding and restaurant
* Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
* Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, restaurants and wedding ensuring all equipment and facilities are in top condition.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase venue visibility.
Experience
* Proven experience in venue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Excellent guest service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors.
* Exceptional organisational abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Familiarity with event planning software or tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
