Job Description:
We are currently seeking two Site Operatives on a 6-month contract basis to assist with a general site sort-out and clean-up project. These roles will support the identification, sorting, and organisation of materials across various areas on-site. The ideal candidates will be hands-on, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Sorting through designated areas to identify reusable items versus waste
*
Disposing of waste into appropriate waste streams according to site procedures
*
Organising and tidying retained materials for future use
*
Assisting with general site cleanliness and order
*
Using a forklift to move and manage materials (at least one operative must be fully qualified)
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a hands-on or site-based role
*
Ability to work independently and take initiative
*
Good understanding of waste segregation and basic site safety practices
*
At least one operative must hold a valid, independently awarded Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in date and not in-house/company trained)
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet physical demands of the role
Contract Details:

Fixed-term: 6 months
*
37 hours per week (early finish Fridays)
*
Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed)

PPE will be provided
