About The Role
As a Teaching Assistant with Monarch Education, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for primary school students. Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils with varying needs.

Who We Are Looking For
* Individuals with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are advantageous.
* Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through Monarch Education).
