The company: A globally successful AWS partner is looking for 2 Cloud Support Engineers to support them in the development of a 24/5 service for customers in the APAC region. The role: In this role, you will provide support for the AWS platform using Windows Server, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 stack. You will provide comprehensive support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring platform optimisation. You will proactively manage system monitoring and collaborate closely with the head of infrastructure and head of support. Training and progression: This company are an AWS partner and therefore have a duty to keep its team members fully trained and certified. Over the year, you will achieve your AWS Associate Certifications (if you don't already have them) or something more advanced if you have already completed this. In terms of progression, there is a range of routes, but they want you to follow your passion. Team members have become developers, architects and managers in the past, and there is no limit to where you can go What this team can offer: Technical Leadership : You'll have the opportunity to serve as a key technical point of contact for AWS and OS.
