HR Advisor - 12 Month FTC
We are looking to appoint a confident and empathetic HR Advisor to join our client’s team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, proactive HR support to managers across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor on a wide range of people-related matters.
Working in partnership with the HR Business Partner, you will help ensure a consistent, professional, and values-led HR service. You’ll take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload, contribute to key organisational initiatives, and play an integral role in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture through effective coaching,munication, and case management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a first point of contact, providing expert guidance on employment policies, procedures, legislation, and terms and conditions.
2. Deliver clear, pragmatic advice, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of organisational policies.
3. Manage a diverse employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness absence cases.
4. Support managers in producing accurate, high-quality oue letters and reports aligned with best practice.
5. Work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a joined-up, high-quality approach to supporting managers.
6. Develop strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders to drive effective case resolution and enhance the overall employee experience.
