Sales & Customer Engagement Executive - Macclesfield | Office-based
A fast-growing, Macclesfield-based commercial services company is looking to hire motivated early-career starters to join their sales and customer engagement team — ASAP.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people at the start of their career. No sales experience is required — they’re looking for the right attitude, communication skills and drive. Everything else can be taught.
The Role
This role focuses on engaging with warm business leads from an existing database (up to 2 years old), building relationships, understanding needs and introducing relevant commercial services.
You’ll be speaking with UK and US-based businesses and helping nurture opportunities across a broad product range, including:
* Accountancy services
* Business broadband & mobiles
* Business energy
* Card payments
* Business loans
* Telephone systems
* Health & safety solutions
This is a consultative, relationship-led role, not cold calling — the majority of conversations are with warm or existing leads.
Salary, Commission & Progression
* £25,000–£30,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission on top of base
* Daily commission and cash incentives available on top of standard commission
* OTE £40,000–£50,000 in year one
* Monthly incentives:
* Top 3 performers earn additional cash
* Top performer takes home £250
* Daily incentives budgeted at £25 per day
* Hit monthly KPIs and receive a £1,000 pay rise
* Overtime available at time and a half
* Optional US-shift opportunities (11:00–20:30) for increased earning potential
