Commercial Property Solicitor / 1 - 5 years PQE
Role:
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from initial instruction through to completion, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, and development projects.
* Deliver clear, practical advice on landlord and tenant issues, leases, and a broad range of property-related agreements.
* Actively contribute to business development initiatives.
