As we grow, we're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our small but high-performing team in Wilmslow – someone with the right attitude, energy, and ambition to learn the ropes and build a successful sales career from the ground up. You'll be supported by a team of experienced and friendly professionals who will coach you in everything from prospecting to pipeline management and closing deals. This isn't just a job – it's a career launchpad and unique development opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the sales team with day-to-day admin and sales tasks as you learn the ropes
* Learn how to identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities
* Shadow experienced Account Managers and gradually take ownership of your own pipeline
* Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person
* Keep our CRM systems up to date with accurate, timely information
* Build product knowledge and develop a strong understanding of our services
What we're looking for:
* No experience needed – just ambition, energy and a willingness to learn
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional attitude
* Highly organised and self-motivated with great time management
* Eager to grow and progress within a business that's going places
* Bonus points if you have any customer service or office-based experience – but it's not essential
