Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join their Business Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance professional looking to make a meaningful impact across operations, safety, and regulatory processes in a fast-paced construction environment. Duties: * Responsible for ensuring the business meets its legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance obligations. * Support the development and implementation of compliance systems, contribute to maintaining ISO certifications, and ensure key business activities—from fleet to training and audits—are well-documented and aligned with industry best practices. * Develop and implement internal compliance frameworks (e.g. right to work, fleet, plant, and training) * Support the SHEQ team in maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards * Maintain up-to-date compliance records and support internal/external audits * Maintain accurate records across fleet, plant and equipment, training, accident statistics, and office H&S * Act as the central point of contact for compliance-related queries and support * Identify risks or non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions * Produce compliance performance reports Education & Experience * Degree qualified * 3–5 years in a high-level administrative or compliance role, preferably within construction or a similar environment * Familiar with ISO management systems and audit requirements We're seeking a Compliance Officer with sharp attention to detail, strong ethics, and the ability to work independently across multiple compliance areas.
