Managing transactions across the group Full end-to-end purchase ledger responsibility including payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, and handling supplier queries. Managing staff expenses and reimbursements. Supporting sales ledger and credit control functions (as a small part of the role). Allocating payments and reconciling bank accounts. Posting journals (no creation required). Working with Sage 50 to maintain accurate financial records. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy: AAT studier or QBE (qualified by experience) considered. Strong understanding of purchase and sales ledger processes.
