What to Expect
* Provides the office-based communication link between Customer & Company handling orders, price and delivery enquiries – promptly and efficiently. Constant liaison with various internal functions and other Gates facilities ensures specific customer requirements are met.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
* Applies knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve objectives
* Provides solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures
* Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; recommends changes to improve efficiency

* Requires skilled in a range of processes, procedures and systems to carry out assigned tasks or has developed deep skills in a single area
* Requires specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Supervisory Responsibilities
* None
* Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience
* Provides informal guidance and support to team members
Requirements And Preferred Skills
o 2-4 years of experience within a Customer Service environment
o No degree requirements, however, educated to Standard Grade level (or equivalent) education plus relevant experience within a customer service environment.
o Must have logical and methodical way of working to facilitate cross-over between correspondents.
o Must be able to always communicate effectively and professionally.
