Registered Manager Semi-Supported Living (1821)
Location: Chadwell Heath, Romford
Salary: £45000 - £55000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our semi-supported accommodation service for young people aged 18 to 21 in Chadwell Heath. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports independence, personal growth, and successful transitions into adulthood.
The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring it operates in line with Ofsted regulations and delivers the highest standards of care and support. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support.
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and all relevant legislation.
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management for all young people.
* Maintain high-quality record keeping and effective communication with local authorities and external partners.
* Drive continuous improvement and development across the service.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Services)is essential
* Minimum 3 years experience working within an Ofsted-regulated home (ideally as a Deputy or Registered Manager)
* Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks and care standards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passionate about empowering young people to achieve positive outcomes
