About the Job Full Training and a development plan will be put in place for the successful candidate, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties Match, check and code invoices Enter and upload invoices onto the system Prepare supplier payment runs Reconcile accounts payable transactions Liaise with suppliers Maintain accurate records and keep information confidential Provide administrative support to on-site management on a daily basis Ensure compliance with the Companys policies including Health and Safety Observe and comply with all good working practices within the office Your skills & experience GCSE Maths & English or equivalent. Strong Microsoft Excel experience. Data input experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy are required for this position. Desirable Strong Sage 50 Accounts experience.
