About the role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, develop, and deliver marketing activities that align with our communications strategy and promote the Maritime Luxury Yacht business objectives, brand, and values. Key responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for the Luxury Yacht business. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored marketing strategies. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, evaluating and reporting on effectiveness. Drive lead generation, thought leadership, and brand awareness initiatives. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other platforms. Manage eShop visual content and coordinate advertising and media buying. Support digital marketing efforts and maintain website and social media presence. Organize internal and external events, including photography and branding needs. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Eloqua) for lead management. Provide marketing expertise and support across teams, including occasional travel for events. About you Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within creative or media environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editing and proofreading ability. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; familiarity with social media tools and CRM systems. Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and design.
