Offer description

Overview

Marketing Analytics Manager at Redgate Software. We’re looking for a data-driven and commercially aware Marketing Analytics Manager to help shape how we measure and improve the impact of marketing at Redgate. This role partners with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and finance and delivers both strategic insights and operational reporting. You’ll surface actionable insights, build scalable dashboards, and develop performance forecasts to help the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team make better, faster decisions.

What you’ll do

* Surfacing actionable insights and building scalable dashboards to inform marketing strategy and performance.
* Developing performance forecasts and scenario planning to guide decisions across marketing activities and revenue outcomes.
* Partnering with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations and with growth marketing strategists, product marketers, and regional marketers across global go-to-market teams.
* Moving Redgate toward an insight-led model by using data to uncover risks and opportunities, modeling future performance, and recommending timely course corrections.

What makes you Redgate’s next Marketing Analytics Manager

* Proven experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, with strong knowledge of pipeline, campaign, and lead performance metrics.
* Confident analyst who can dig into complex data and tell clear, compelling stories for stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiar with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar; hands-on with Salesforce and Marketo.
* Commercially minded with ability to support forecasting, performance modeling, and scenario planning linking marketing activity to revenue.
* Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales.
* Passionate about building scalable tools and processes; able to reduce ad hoc reporting by creating repeatable dashboards and self-serve resources.
* Forward-looking, not just reporting on what happened, but predicting what’s coming to enable early intervention.

The package

* Salary £55K-£70K dependent on experience
* 40 hours per week, with flexible work time
* Hybrid working with time in our Cambridge office
* A great benefits package
