Overview
Job summary: If you are a motivated individual, who wishes to be part of a team that supports the Trust in the day-to-day delivery of excellent patient care, you may wish to apply for the post of Receptionist within the Health Records Team.
The post holder's main duties will be to provide reception and clerical support, the booking of appointments, collecting and recording data and completion of reports. The post holder needs to be flexible around working hours as to the needs of the service. The role is mentally demanding, fast paced in a clinic environment, you need a clear mind set to complete day to day tasks and a willingness to learn and expand, be an excellent communicator both face to face along with a good telephone manner, computer skills essential for this role.
37.5 hours per week.

Experience
* Essential: Previous reception/clerical or customer care experience
* Desirable: Knowledge of patient administration systems
* Desirable: Previous NHS experience

Qualifications
* Essential: Educated to GCSE pass level (including English and Mathematics)
* Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or willingness to work towards
