Assistant Fast-Fit Manager – Assistant Centre Manager Position
Our client, a reputable automotive service centre in Corby, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Fast-Fit Manager to join their busy team. Duties
* The Assistant Fast-Fit Manager will support the Centre Manager in the smooth daily running of the automotive service centre
* Support and help lead the team to meet performance targets and KPIs
* The Assistant Centre Manager will provide hands‑on support in the workshop to assist technicians when required
* Ensure high standards of customer service are upheld at all times
* Monitor and manage stock levels effectively
* The Assistant Fast-Fit Manager will maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
* Help to drive sales, productivity, and overall centre performance
* The Assistant Centre Manager will assist in organising workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within the automotive or fast‑fit sector
* Strong mechanical or technical knowledge, with the ability to support workshop technicians when needed
* Confident communicator with coaching and team development skills
* Commercially aware, with a focus on achieving targets and maximising opportunities
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations relevant to automotive environments
* Well‑organised with excellent time management skills
* Full UK driving licence
