We are seeking a Customer-focused individual to join an experienced Customer Service Team on a part-time basis.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Customers and Sales Team by providing outstanding service and managing queries.

What you will be doing:
* Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, live chat, and in-person communication
* Support a vulnerable client group with sensitivity and empathy, offer dealing with emotionally challenging queries
* Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly, working with internal teams to ensure effective outcomes
* Liaise with customers and colleagues to coordinate product moves, repairs, and installations
* Make appropriate decisions based on procedures, experience, and good judgment – balancing client needs with company priorities
* Follow up with customers after installations to gather feedback and identify potential improvements
Skills and Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience in an office-based Customer Service Role
* Excellent Communications skills
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion and professionalism
* Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
