Responsibilities
:
Advertising properties online and on social media
Registering vendors and applicants
Collating property info and arranging photography
Lead chasing: following up market appraisals, viewings, and feedback
Advising vendors on marketing and market conditions
Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion
Monitoring sales progress and liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other agents
Conducting AML checks and following regulations ✅
